• Assist in managing and leading the daily operations of the Reservations Department and support the Reservations team in achieving departmental objectives.
• Maintain a very good reputation for the Hotel and assist in increasing the overall profitability of the Hotel.
• Responsible for ensuring the team complies with ResaVision standards.Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Minimum 2 years experience in hotel Reservations.
• Accor Background will be a plus point.
