In this key role, you will oversee tax planning, compliance, and strategy development, ensuring our clients navigate complex tax regulations effectively.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support to foster their growth.
• Develop and implement tax strategies for individuals and corporations, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Review and finalize tax returns and filings, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide insights to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and drive firm growth.Minimum Qualifications:
• CPA certification required.
• Master's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
